  • $2500* USD/€2175* per competitor

  • Fees are fixed through September 4, 2023
    • 5 September 2023 –  21 October 2023  late fee structure - $2900 */ € 2500 * and $2600/ € 2250 respectively
    • $100 discount on any fees paid in full before 22 April 2023

Entry Fee Includes:

  1. Contest Entry fee
  2. Applicable Sanction fees to FAI-CIVA - €160/pilot in 2018. *Will be adjusted for 2023 as required to meet current rate
  3. Hotel room for Oct 24 - Nov 4 –Twelve nights
  4. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner – 10 days

  8. Transportation for judges and jury members from airport to hotel and back
